Rental Rates

All rates are nightly plus:

  • $300 refundable security deposit
  • $100 non-refundable cleaning fee required for all reservations of 7 nights or less
  • For 8 nights or more an additional amount will be charged for interim cleaning.
  • Applicable Hawaii State taxes

Rates for minimum stay for 1 to 2 people (all rates subject to change until reservation confirmed).

  • 3-4 nights $250 per night
  • 5-6 nights $230 per night
  • 7-14 nights $215 per night
  • 15+ nights - call owner for special rates and terms

Payment Terms and Reservation Procedures:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total reservation fee is due within 7 days of reservation if the check-in date is more than 60 days prior. This will confirm the reservation.
  • Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to check-in.
  • If the reservation is less than 60 days prior to check-in, the entire amount is due before the reservation is confirmed.
  • Accepted forms of payment: Master Card/Visa, money order, wire transfer, cashier's check or official bank check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
  • The Security Deposit will be used to cover damage, loss of items from the property, and/or excessive cleaning. If there is no damage, the Security Deposit will be returned within 21 days after check-out.
  • A non-refundable security fee is required

Reservation Changes:

  • Immediate notice must be given (by phone, fax, or email) of any changes of the reservation - e.g. dates, number of guests. Each change resulting in the issuance of a revised agreement may incur a $75 service fee.

Cancellation Policy:

  • In case of complete cancellation, a refund of the advance reservation fee (less a $100 cancellation fee) requires written notice 60 days prior to check-in. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check-in. the entire reservation fee will be forfeited unless the property is re-booked.
  • Guests will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Payments shall be forfeited for those dates which cannot be re-booked.
  • Travel insurance is available through Vacation Rentals By Owner. Go to the www.vrbo.com site and click on "travel insurance".
